Motor Vehicle Claim (both insured and 3rd party)

1. All accidents are to be reported to the police
2. Visit one of our nearest Atlantic Insurance Office or Agents to report accident
3. Provide copy of Social Security identification or Passport
4. Provide copy of driver's license
5. Provide copy of certificate of title
6. Provide receipt for Police Report
7. Provide at the scene photographs of accident if available
8. Provide estimate for repairs
9. Provide medical report, invoice &/or receipts if bodily injury is involved

Property Claim

Promptly inform any of our nearest office or agent to report claim.

NO ADMISSION, OFFER, PROMISE OR PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE INSURED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE COMPANY
